Mr. Shadoan has been underwriting, marketing, and producing business for the Oil and Gas industry since 1987. He has created and designed many insurance products for the independent oil and gas producer/contractor over the past 20 years. Having served roles with major insurance entities as Underwriter, Senior Underwriter, and Vice President of Underwriting has provided him with a broad range of knowledge and understanding in both the Insurance and financial services sector of business. He currently serves on many trade association boards and committees in both the Oilfield and insurance industries.
